My New Best Friend!

I'm head over heels for Jo Malone's Nectarine Blossom & Honey perfume! It has become my new best friend since my last trip to Nordstroms last week. If you haven't tried any of Joe Malone's perfumes you definitely should, and if you do please let me know. I would love to hear your thoughts!

My Ideal Bathroom!

This is my ideal bathroom! You can't blame me for being head over heels for it. Let's begin by devouring the perfect aqua subway tiles, the light fixtures, the quartz counter tops and last but not least the aqua blue glass tile surrounding the shower. No more explanation need it, this bathroom is perfection, period!

Wedding Inspiration!

I nearly dropped dead of excitement when I came across these pictures on 100layercake.com! This wedding couldn't be more perfect! I'm so glad to have come across it, I got a ton of ideas and finally made up my decision on a color scheme. Stay tune! Next week, I will reveal my color scheme and potentially the reception venue.


I would like to thank everyone for your amazing emails and your support congratulating me on my engagement. It's amazing to be able to connect with so many amazing individuals I have never met before yet I feel like I've known many of you my whole life.

I can't believe the holidays are almost here! While browsing on HB's website I came across this list of 250 gifts for under $25. I was thrilled to find it, and I have ordered many of the items I found, including the wooden tea caddy below. Lovely Wedding Images!

How beautiful are these images? I really need to gather my thoughts and come up with a theme or color scheme. I wouldn't mind having my reception table set up just like the table above, I love the understated elegance. How about you my lovely friends? Is the table setting too simple for you or do you appreciate the understated elegance? I love the Anthropology feel it has to it.

Wedding Cake Love

Three very different wedding cakes I just love. At this point I haven't decided on the actual look of the reception, nor do I have a theme in mind. I know it will work out in the end. I'm hoping you lovely ladies can help me decide! Which cake do you like best? Planning a wedding is a full time job and I don't have a lot of free time. I'm struggling with the idea of hiring a wedding planner since I'm very hands-on, and quite frankly I'm scared my vision will be compromised. Do you have any recommendations for me? Please, do tell. I really need your help!

Wedding Images I can't get out of my head.

I just wanted to share with you some wedding images I had saved that I can't seem to get out of my head. I've only managed to find the church I wanted and the baker since getting engaged. I almost had a nervous breakdown a couple of days ago because I can't seem to find a place to hold the reception I like with out it breaking the bank. I'm being positive and I know we'll find the perfect place for our wedding, which of course I will blog about. I can't wait to continue to involve you all in all of our plans.
