I have a special room in my heart for my foo dogs however I wonder if they are overrated. They have appeared in magazines everywhere from the pages of our beloved Domino to our recent issue of Lonny. Do you feel the trend of displaying your foo dogs in your home is very circa 2006 or do you think they are timeless? Enjoy a few of my favorite images of foo dogs!!!!

I don't have a pair...I like ones that are white or ivory and slightly more simple in design. They might be more timeless...but who really knows!! I believe if you truly love something it will work in your house for the long haul.

I just did a post a week or two about design trends that make me scratch my head. Foo dogs made the list. While they have been around for a while, I see them everywhere. I saw a pair of turquoise ones at TJ Maxx for $12.99! I guess if you are a fan, you're in luck.
